Process - Create a cohort for each Patch Team

  1. To create a cohort, from the main menu choose Service Users, and a New Cohort option will appear in the main menu.
  2. Create a cohort for each Patch based team

Process - Analysis by Patch Team

  1. Under Service Users, Cohort Analysis you will see global cohorts that have been created for each location based patch team as well as Adult Mental Health, Commissioning Unit, Community Support, Gwent Forensic Psychiatry Service, Learning Disability Team.
